Wednesday night we implemented the security patches for the PHP vulnerability. The GUI and API are fully available again, and all functionality has been restored, including uploads and ingest of your files. Yesterday we monitored the patches and have found no anomalies.
Your videos and streams continued to work throughout. No further action is needed from you.

Service notice: GUI and API available again, file uploads temporarily disabled
The GUI and API are available again. We have applied additional protection against the PHP vulnerability.
Your videos and streams continue to work. You can log in, check statuses and make changes again. However, uploading files is temporarily disabled, and upload requests will return an error (HTTP 415). Some settings that include a file field may also not save. Ingest of your files may still be temporarily unavailable or incomplete.
We will enable uploads again as soon as we can do this safely, and we will keep you updated.

Service notice: GUI and API temporarily unavailable
Today a critical security vulnerability in PHP was made public. As a precaution, to protect your data and our services, we have taken the GUI and API offline while we wait for a fix.
Your videos and streams will continue to work. However, you cannot make changes or check statuses at this time. Ingest of your files may also be temporarily unavailable or incomplete. As soon as a fix is released, we will assess how best to apply it. We will take the time needed to do this carefully. If this takes longer, we will start whitelisting GUI and API access per customer.
